Local Leisure Charters

  1. Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking. By paying the deposit, you agree to the following terms.

  2. Weather-Related Changes & Cancellations: We prioritize your safety and comfort. In the event of inclement weather (e.g., rain, strong winds) that prevents cruising a day before, the Captain may decide to:

    • Postpone the trip: We will contact you to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date.

    • Cancel the trip: If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be fully refunded, minus any consumables (e.g., food, drinks) that were already prepared for your charter.

  3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling: You may change your booking date at no extra charge, provided we are notified at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled departure.

    • Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your trip for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

    Our Commitment: While the weather is beyond anyone’s control, we are committed to providing a wonderful experience. If conditions are unfavorable but safe to remain dockside, we will ensure your party has a comfortable and enjoyable time indoors on the vessel. Thank you for your understanding.

Sailing Holidays & Overseas Charters

  1. For cancellations made with at least three months’ notice, a full refund will be provided.
  2. For cancellations made with at least one month’s notice, 50% of the charter cost will be refunded. This is because we would have declined other booking requests for the same dates.
  3. For cancellations made with less than one month’s notice, no refund will be provided, as we would have already begun preparations for your charter.
