Local Leisure Charters
Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking. By paying the deposit, you agree to the following terms.
Weather-Related Changes & Cancellations: We prioritize your safety and comfort. In the event of inclement weather (e.g., rain, strong winds) that prevents cruising a day before, the Captain may decide to:
Postpone the trip: We will contact you to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date.
Cancel the trip: If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be fully refunded, minus any consumables (e.g., food, drinks) that were already prepared for your charter.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Rescheduling: You may change your booking date at no extra charge, provided we are notified at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled departure.
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your trip for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
Sailing Holidays & Overseas Charters
- For cancellations made with at least three months’ notice, a full refund will be provided.
- For cancellations made with at least one month’s notice, 50% of the charter cost will be refunded. This is because we would have declined other booking requests for the same dates.
- For cancellations made with less than one month’s notice, no refund will be provided, as we would have already begun preparations for your charter.
